The property has been built to make the most of the superb views of the ocean, with all villas sea-facing and just steps away from a long stretch of white sand beach.
Constance Aiyana is perfect for weddings, honeymoon and for those just wanting to relax at the end of a hot and dusty safari – but there’s also much of interest in the surrounding region for those travellers who prefer to be more active. The reefs off the coast are rich and it’s also possible to snorkel straight from the lodge at high tide.

Constance Aiyana offers 30 stylish villas in a variety of room options. 8 Prestige Villas have a beach-facing terrace and small private garden, and can accomodation 2 adults and 1 child. There are 18 Senior Villas with a large bed facing the ocean. These are spacious villas with an indoor living room and outdoor garden area. The Ambassador Villa is a large 2-bedroomed option with living room, outdoor dining area and private pool. Both bedrooms have seaviews. This room would be perfect for a family, friends travelling together, or even honeymooners. There is also a large 3-bedroom Royal Villa and a huge Presidential Villa accomodating up to 6 people.
All villas are lights and airy, and make the most of the incredible views. They are all air-conditioned, have private en suite facilities and outdoor showers, and are equipped with mod-cons such as TV, hair-dryer and mini-bar.
Dining
Constance Aiyana's restaurant has a terrace overlooking the ocean, and serves great Zanzibari cuisine, including lots of fresh seafood, alongside more familiar dishes. Alternatively, guests can dine right on the beach itself. After dinner, head to the bar area, with its relaxed low seating and romantic lantern lights - the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail or two.
