ATOL
All of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. Our ATOL protection has been in place since 1991 under licence 3145. ATOL protection is there to help you in the event that a company fails and you are stuck abroad. We have been trading over 30 years, we are a small, well-managed company with good assets, and our accounts are checked annually by the CAA. We do wish to point out that this sort of failure is not at all likely! However, you should always check that any UK tour operator who provides flights is ATOL licensed.

When you pay for your Gane and Marshall holiday you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. Tour Operator Insurance
Our Tour Operator Insurance gives £5,000,000 Public and Product Liability protection, and £1,000,000 Professional Indemnity insurance. Again, our many years of experience mean that we have never had to call on our tour operator liability insurance.

ABTOT
Gane and Marshall are members of ABTOT - The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited. ABTOT provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Gane and Marshall International (ABTOT 5453), and in the event of insolvency, protection is provided for the following:

• Non-flight packages which are sold to customers in the UK or EU.

ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package. Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Gane and Marshall International.
