Notten's Bush Camp is an exclusive, family-run safari lodge situated within the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, Kruger, where it enjoys a fine location overlooking a busy watering hole and the wild bushveld for which the Kruger is famous. The camp is adjacent to the Kruger National Park, making it a great camp for top class game viewing and birding, as well as luxury pampering.
Notten's is a small and intimate bush camp with a wonderfully rustic ambience. There is no electricity and so candles and paraffin lamps serve as lighting (solar energy powers the cooling fans). There is a small pool raised on a wooden deck with great views of the surrounding bush.
Accommodation
Accommodation at Notten's Bush Camp consists of just eight well-appointed suites with open plan bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Four of the suites have both indoor and outdoor shower facilities. Each suite at Notten's Bush Camp leads onto a private wooden deck with a beautiful view of the bush.
All of the chalets have hot showers while the suites also have bathtubs. Paraffin lamps and candles replace electric lighting for ambience and all the rooms are cooled with an overhead ceiling fan.
Dining
There is an indoor dining area that leads out onto a wooden deck. Dinners may also be enjoyed outdoors around a fire in the enclosed boma.
