Opened in 1992, Paradise Flycatcher’s Lodge is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Seychelles island of La Digue, particularly for travellers on a budget. This is a very basic lodge, but its small size (just four chalets) and great location close to Anse Source d’Argent make it something of an overlooked gem. Don't expect lavish accommodation, just a superb location close to one of the Seychelles' most photographed beaches.
The Paradise Flycatcher’s Lodge is nestled a stone's throw away from the Anse Reunion beach and is on the road to the world-famous Anse Source d’Argent, considered by many to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. From the jetty the lodge is just a 10 minute Ox cart ride away. Bicycle hire, the preferred mode of transport on La Digue, can be arranged at the lodge for you to explore the island.
Accommodation
Paradise Flycatchers Lodge offers accommodation in large Creole chalets with 2 bedrooms en-suite, kitchenette, living/dining room and verandah. Half chalets (3 adults) or full chalets (6 adults) can be booked. The chalets are all air-conditioned, and are adequately furnished.

Traditional Creole cuisine is served in the restaurant mornings and evenings. The food is good and plentiful, with an emphasis on freshly caught fish and locally-grown fruit and vegetables. The chalets have their own kitchens.
