Opened in 2012, Vinh Hung Emerald Resort is a lovely 3 star property located on the banks of the Thu Bon River, a short walk from the centre of Hoi An. Part of the family-run Vinh Hung group of hotels, the low-rise resort offers just 52 rooms and slots unobtrusively into its surroundings.
Vinh Hung Emerald is very different to the Vinh Hung Resorts located in the old town itself, which are traditionally-themed guesthouses, but it offers a similar combination of great service and affordable rooms.
Accommodation
Vinh Hung Emerald’s large, bright rooms are designed in a contemporary style. Most have views of the garden or pool while a small number overlook the river from private balconies. All rooms feature air conditioning, satellite TV, in-room safe, Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities.
Dining
The informal Emerald Restaurant is situated on the river bank and offers international and Vietnamese cuisine throughout the day. Snacks are available from the pool bar and each afternoon tapas is served by the pool.
